Hydrotherapy Treatments

Epsom salts purifying bath
A hot Epsom-salts soak with cypress, grapefruit, and ginger essential oils creates an effective purifying bath.
250g (8oz) Epsom salts
3 drops cypress essential oil
3 drops grapefruit essential oil 3 drops ginger essential oil
I tablespoon whole milk or vodka
Fill the bathtub with comfortably

Combine the Epsom salts, sea salt, and kelp in a blender and grind into a fine powder. Add the mixture to a tub of hot water along with the baking soda. Soak for 20 minutes, and rinse with lukewarm water.

Simple aromatherapy detox bath
Make a quick and easy bath for detoxifying yourself with juniper and grapefruit essential oils. Adding the whole milk or the vodka to the mixture helps to prevent irritation of the skin.
4 drops juniper essential oil
