It has been shown recently that many people, both young and old, suffer from a shortage of vitamin C and the B group vitamins; some diets lack them to the point of risking scurvy and repeated cold, with other ailments and loss of vitality. These essential vitamins could be supplied either by a daily wineglassful of the juice-squeezed through a juice extractor - or several doses of the tea infused from such common weeds as nettle, fat hen, sow thistle, dandelion and chickweed. All together if possible, or as many as can be found.
